• Favorite Milk (we like to use almond milk)
• Frozen Bananas

Instructions

1. Blend the bananas and milk. Depending on if you want it thick like ice cream or the texture of a smoothie adjust the amount of milk and bananas.

3. Chocolate Banana Ice Cream: add coco to the banana ice cream. Start small, you can always add more. (you can also try using chocolate almond milk instead of regular almond milk)
4. Tangerine Banana Ice Cream : add a couple drops Tangerine essential oils to the Banana Ice cream Recipe
